Good Communications & Engagement for CQC Inspections – Tuesday 12 September
Effective communication and meaningful engagement with patients. When the CQC comes a-knocking, that’s what they expect to see your practice a-rocking. But what does that look like in reality?
Book a virtual seat on our Ready Set Go Clinic this September and you’ll have everything you need to do good communications and engagement and score well before your next CQC inspection. Better still, you’ll score well with your patients too.
By the end of the session, you’ll:
- Be clear about what makes good communications and engagement in general practice.
- Understand what communications and engagement activity is required under CQC’s Five Questions and Quality Statements and the evidence they’ll look for.
- Learn three simple ways to show you’re listening and acting on patient feedback the right way.
- Develop your skills and approach in dealing with online comments and reviews.
- Know how to get your communications channels into shape and keep them “fit”.
- Hear the options available for extra support if you need it.
Can’t make this date? Look out for future Ready Set Go Clinics but if you know your inspection is due in the next six months, we recommend joining a session as soon as you can to give your team the best possible head-start.
