Drop-in Comms Clinic: Answering Difficult Patient Reviews

Feeling overwhelmed by a recent difficult patient review left on your NHS.uk profile or Google listing?

Don’t let it fester. Bring it along to this month’s Drop-in Comms Clinic on Wednesday 17 April, and we’ll answer it together. We’ll also quickly dive into some of the wider changes happening in the world of patient reviews and what you need to know.

In our half-hour session, we’ll cover:

  • Tackling your tricky patient reviews (be sure to bring an example along to add to the Chat for discussion).
  • Explore the impending changes in Google Search and their potential impact on your practice.
  • Discover quick tips to set your practice apart and draw in new patients.

And where better to share all these experiences and learn in a safe space from others in the same boat as you?

Can’t make it? Relax – we host FREE monthly drop-in comms clinics, each featuring a fresh topic selected by practices and PCNs. And be sure to tell us what you’d like to see at a future one here.

This clinic is open to GP practice, primary care network, and GP federation staff responsible for communications and digital presence.

Log-in details for the drop-in comms clinic will be emailed to you the day before the event, so make sure you save the date in your diary!
